Lodic incorporated in Kongsberg Seatex AS

Kongsberg Maritime has acquired 100% of the shares in the load and stability calculator software specialist Lodic AS. Lodic will be fully incorporated into Kongsberg Seatex AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kongsberg Maritime, which is also located at Pirsenteret, Trondheim, Norway. Lodics product range will form an own product area in Kongsberg Seatex AS, and employees in Lodic will be transferred to Kongsberg Seatex accordingly.
