Acquisition of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine
KONGSBERG has entered into an agreement to acquire Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine to further strengthen our position as a global technology leader in the maritime industry. Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine will become an integrated part of Kongsberg Maritime. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in Q1 2019 and is subject to regulatory approval.
