Logo versions

Use the colour logo for light background whenever possible. When choosing logo version, select the version that gives the best contrast between background and logo.

Permitted versions of the KONGSBERG logo

  • Full colour - For light background
  • Full colour - For dark background
  • Monochrome - For light background
  • Monochrome - For dark background
  • Horizontal logo
  • Vertical logo

Critical:

You are not permitted to use the logo emblem by itself. The text KONGSBERG shall always be a part of the logo. Any change or addition to the logo is under any circumstance not permitted, and is considered a Corporate offence! More information about illegal variations of the logo here.

Colour - For light background

The logo consists of a colour emblem and blue wordmark. This version should primarily be used wherever possible.

 

Colour - For dark background

The logo consists of a colour emblem and white wordmark. It is intended for use on darker backgrounds where a blue wordmark would not create an adequate contrast to the background. Note: The background is not part of the logo.

 

Monochrome -
For light background

The monochrome logo is for use in monochrome applications on light backgrounds. The monochrome versions of the logo should not be used on surfaces where colour is available.

 

Monochrome -
For dark background

The logo with monochrome emblem and white wordmark is for use in monochrome applications on dark backgrounds. The monochrome versions of the logo should not be used on surfaces where colour is available. Note: The background is not part of the logo.

Horizontal logo

The horisontal version of the logo is made to be used in more extreme wide formats where the main logo not will be suitable. For example wide banners, both digital and analogue.

Vertical logo

The vertical logo version is made to work in formats that are narrow and tall, where the logotype would be too small with the main version. Examples would be vertical banners, the sleeve of a jacket etc.
